My classes offer a calm and tranquil space for practising Yoga & Pilates in a safe and supportive environment. I believe that Yoga is for everybody and everyone is welcome!

I offer classes for Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Helping with  managing low back pain. Diastasis recti which is very common during & after pregnancy. This is because the uterus stretches the muscles in the abdomen to accommodate your growing baby. One study found that up to 60 percent of women may experience diastasis recti during pregnancy or postpartum, My Classes are here to help rebuild your core & Strength.
